注意事項

 

 

・当スタジオでは福岡県青少年育成条例に基づき、18歳以下の方の施術はお断りいたしております

 

・18歳以上20歳未満の方は保護者の同意、承諾を確認させていただきます

※承諾書は下部よりDLください

 

・18歳以上であっても学校などで禁止されている場合お断りさせていただきます

 

・暴力団、または関係者および、それに類似されると思われる方の施術はお断りさせていただきます

・持病、感染症等お持ちの方、お酒や薬物等を使用されている方はお断りさせていただきます

・日焼けをされて間もない方は施術出来ない場合があります

・予約日前日の飲酒は控えてください

 

・十分な睡眠をとり、当日はしっかりした食事をとってください

Notices

As per Japanese law, we will not provide service to persons under 20 years of age.

 

We will not provide service for gang members, yakuza, mafia, or any persons believed to be affiliated with such groups.

 

We will not provide service to people with any chronic illness or those currently ill (influenza, COVID-19, common cold, etc.).

 

Furthermore, those who are drunk or on drugs will also be refused service.

 

For persons with a sunburn, we will move your appointment to a time after you are fully healed.

Getting a tattoo on a sunburn is not only painful, but the ink will also not set properly.

 

Please do not drink alcohol at least 24 hours before your reservation.

 

Please make sure to rest and eat properly the day and night before your reservation.
